スエード素材に関しましてスエード素材は色が落ちやすい為、他の素材と密着させて保管することはおやめ下さい。また中敷き・裏生地等に色移行する場合がありますが、不良ではございませんので予めご了承下さい。
デリケートな素材に関しましてチュールやレース、ニットなどの大変デリケートな素材を使用したシューズは、摩擦や衝撃に大変弱く、表面が破れる場合もございますので十分にご注意くださいませ。
iCoNなどのクッション中敷きに関しましてiCoNの中敷は立体的な構造のものを使用しております。その為、靴を履く前の状態では多少の浮きや隙間・剥がれが見受けられる場合がございます。こちらは履いているうちに中敷がお客様の足の形に合わせてパンプスの内側に圧着されていきます。中敷の浮きによる粘着音が発生する場合も、使用頻度を増すごとに圧着され解消いたします。また、検品時には上記の症状を解消してから発送しておりますが、中にはお客様のお手元に届くまでに剥がれた状態になる場合もございます。
サンダルやミュールの中底巻に関しましてボール巻とオカキ巻の切り替え部分に隙間ができないよう、細心の注意を払って作業をおこなっておりますが、貼り付ける素材の伸縮性などによっては隙間が発生しやすいケースがございます。この隙間は、革が裂けている・切れているといったものではありませんので、ご安心くださいませ。詳細はこちら
